Why should I register as a member?
As a registered member, you will be able to perform online transaction in shop.rotor.com.sg, and also to participate in our exciting forum discussion board.
   
Once I have registered , how do I update my profile or change my password?
Once you have login, proceed to My Profile at the top menu. Here you may update your particulars and change your password.
   
What should I do if I forget my password?
Proceed to PASSWORD REMINDER found at the left menu, and key in the email address specified during your registration and your login username. If the combination is correct, your login password will be emailed to you. If you cannot remember the correct combination, please contact us so that we can reset your username and password.

To reset username and password, please provide your Full Name, Address, Country Name and E-mail address to us. Thank you.
   
How can I check the status of my Request For Quote (RFQ) and Purchase Order (PO)?

When you have completed your RFQ or PO, you will be given a tracking no. You are to use this tracking no to check the status. To do so, you may either

  1. Login to shop.rotor.com.sg, proceed to My RFQ or My PO found at the top menu. Click on the desired RFQ or PO tracking no to check the status
  2. Click on QUICK RFQ / PO CHECK found at the top menu. Enter the RFQ or PO tracking NO and your email address recorded in your profile. If the combination is correct, the RFQ or PO status will be displayed
