Register
Register as a member with us first.
As a member, you will be allow to perform
online transaction, check your order
history and participate in our exciting
forum.

Next, fill up the
registation form. You will be
able to login when done. |

Add to Cart
 |
Once login, you
can browse and select any category
from the left menu . |

A) Check the item(s) you would
like to purchase.
B) Press Add to Cart
button. |

Next, Click OK
to add products to cart. |

Once you are done with selecting
the items you intend to purchase,
click on Cart found
on the top right hand corner to
view your items. |

Request for Quotation
(RFQ)
 |
Click on Update
if you would like to change the
quantity or include any remark
or info in My Shopping Cart page.
Please remember to include your
payment method in the Remarks
text box.
Once ready, click Send
to send us your quotation.
To delete entire cart list, click
on Empty Cart. |

Once sent, your request will
be noted, and we at Rotor Hobby
will verify your list of items,
check the stock availability and
confirm the quotation. Soon, you
will receive an email notification. |

RFQ Confirmation
 |
Soon, you will receive
an email notification with stock
availability, postage fee and
estimated days of delivery listed.
Click on A, to
confirm order. |

After clicking on A,
it will launch our
website which you will then need
to enter your Login Name and Password. |

It will then launch your RFQ
Detail Page.
The section A
shows the Sales Person in charge
of your order. Remarks from Rotor
Hobby is shown here too.
Click on B, which
is Buy Now
to proceed. |

Purchase Order (PO)
To proceed to buy the items in the RFQ,
click on BUY NOW.You will be given a
PO number once order is confirmed. Please
arrange for payment.
 |
A pop-up message
appears, click OK
to proceed. |
 |
At this stage, please re-check
the items ordered. Fill in shipping
information and billing information
here if you have not done so during
member registration..
You can always edit your address
by clicking on My Profile
on the homepage. |

Scroll down further, click on
Continue
to proceed to next page. |
 |
Check your Billing and Shipping
information.Click on Edit
Info to make changes
if need be.
Click on Continue
to proceed.
To cancel this order, click
on Cancel.

You can select the choice
of payment:- Paypal,
Credit Card, Telegraphic Tranfer
and Bank Draft.
1) For Paypal customer:-
You will receive a paypal payment
request email from us so that
you can proceed to Paypal website
for payment.
2) For Credit card user:-
If you are a first-timer, please
register with us.
For registered user, we will
proceed with your payment.
3) For Telegraphic/Bank transfer
or bank draft, please arrange
payment with your bank.

Click on Confirm
after you have selected your
choice of payment mode. |

Check PO Status
Once you have generated a PO and has
made payment for it, you may check the
status of the PO under My PO.
 |
An email will be
sent to you to remind you to arrange
payment. |
 |
Once payment is cleared and
items are shipped, an email will
be sent to inform you to visit
"My PO" in shop.rotor.com.sg
to view the tracking number and
estimated date of delivery (ETD)
and arrival (ETD). |

In case, you are not sure where
"My PO" is, the picture
on the left illustrated my point.
You can find this menu bar on
the top of the webpage when you
login using your Login Name and
Password. |

Making changes to order
(Add/Remove Items)
If you would like to make
changes to your RFQ/PO order, please
create another shopping list and in
the remarks text box, please indicate
which RFQ/PO order no. you would like
to add these items to.
